After seven innings without posting a run it looked like the Cleveland Indians were on their way to their sixth straight loss.

Thanks to a pair of Texas Rangers errors and one swing, that all changed in a flash.

Shin-Soo Choo's three-run homer off Matt Harrison in the eighth inning gave the Indians a 3-2 win over Texas on Wednesday afternoon.

David Huff (1-0) pitched his first career complete game, allowing four hits. The left-hander struck out four and walked one.

Harrison and the Rangers were in charge for seven innings. The left-hander was working on a five-hit shutout and it appeared Michael Young's two-run homer in the fourth would hold up, but Texas' defense fell apart in the eighth.

The problems started when Young's throw to first on Asdrubal Cabrera's grounder was low for the first error. Grady Sizemore's ground ball to the right side was field by second baseman Andres Blanco. He tried for a force play at second, but shortstop Elvis Andrus dropped the ball for another error.

Choo hit a 1-0 pitch to right-center for his third homer, making Harrison (0-1) the hard-luck loser despite his brilliant outing. He struck out three and walked one.
