The Houston Astros got to Carlos Silva in his return to the Chicago Cubs rotation with a 7-3 victory on Tuesday night.

The Astros smacked Silva for six earned runs over five innings. Silva was making his first start since missing five weeks with an abnormal heart rate after a strong start to the season. He struck out four and walked one to fall to 10-6 on the year.

Houston center fielder Michael Bourn had three hits and was a home run shy of the cycle while driving in three RBIs. Brett Wallace hit his first home run of the season and Jeff Keppinger added two hits and a pair of RBIs.

Nelson Figueroa went five innings, allowing three runs on six hits while striking out six Cubs to earn his fifth win. Four Houston relievers came on after he left and gave up only one more hit to close it out.

Tyler Colvin had two hits and two runs knocked in for Chicago.

The Astros have now won 12 of their last 16 games.
