Austin Jackson drove in three runs as the Detroit Tigers won for the eighth time in nine games, rolling to an 8-1 victory at Texas on Tuesday night.

Rick Porcello (6-3) earned the win, allowing one run on six hits and a walk in six innings. Three of those hits came in his final frame, when the Rangers scored their lone run of the night on an RBI groundout by Josh Hamilton.

With one out in the fourth inning, Ryan Raburn singled to left-center to open the scoring against Matt Harrison (5-5). Jackson then delivered a two-run single to right center and scored on Casper Wells’ double, giving the Tigers a four-run cushion that would last the rest of the way.

Detroit finished with 20 hits on the night after collecting 18 in Monday's 11-7 win.

Harrison departed after the fourth inning having given up eight hits and two walks. Three of the four Detroit runs against him were earned.

Raburn, who is now 6-for-9 in his career against Harrison, added a second RBI single in the seventh inning for the Tigers, and Jackson capped the scoring with an RBI single in the ninth.
