Mike Stanton also drove in a run for Florida, which has won six of eight. Ricky Nolasco (8-7) allowed just one run in 6 2/3 innings despite giving up 12 hits. He struck out four en route to his second straight win.

Dobbs put the Marlins ahead for good in the third when ripped a line drive down the right field line, scoring Omar Infante from first. Bonifacio, who had his 26-game hitting streak snapped on Friday, blasted an 0-1 fastball from Tommy Hanson (11-6) about 10 rows deep into the right field stands in the fifth.

Edward Mujica threw 1 1/3 hitless innings and Leo Nunez worked the ninth for his 30th save in 33 chances.

Former Marlin Dan Uggla extended his hitting streak to 22 games, but the Braves went just 2-for-11 with runners in scoring position.
