Cristian Pache hit a walk-off RBI single to right field with two outs in the bottom of the 10th inning to lift the host Philadelphia Phillies past the Colorado Rockies 2-1 on Monday.

Pache's first career walk-off hit scored Bryson Stott from third base. Pache entered the game in the eighth as a pinch runner for Kyle Schwarber.

Bryce Harper hit an RBI single and Stott had two hits for the Phillies.

Philadelphia starter Aaron Nola tossed 7 1/3 innings, allowing four hits and one run. He recorded nine strikeouts and one walk.

Seranthony Dominguez (1-0) earned the win in relief.

Michael Toglia hit a solo home run and Elias Diaz had two hits for the Rockies.

Colorado starter Cal Quantrill gave up four hits and one run with one strikeout and two walks in six innings. Jake Bird (0-1) took the loss.

Pinch runner Kyle Freeland, a pitcher, was called out at home in the top of the ninth after an errant pitch by Jeff Hoffman. Catcher J.T. Realmuto flipped the ball to Hoffman, who tagged Freeland as Freeland was clutching his right shoulder. After a review, the call was upheld.

Nola struck out the side in the seventh inning.

Stott blooped a single to left with one out in the home half of the seventh before Whit Merrifield flied out to left. Johan Rojas lined out to shortstop for the third out.

Brenton Doyle walked to open the Colorado eighth. Alan Trejo struck out, and Charlie Blackmon hit into a double play against Jose Alvarado.

Schwarber walked to start the bottom of the eighth and advanced to second on a wild pitch. Trea Turner struck out looking, Harper flied out to right and Realmuto then lined out to center.

Turner doubled to left field with two outs in the third inning. Harper followed with an RBI single to right-center for a 1-0 lead.

The Rockies managed two singles through the first four innings, one each from Doyle and Diaz.

In the fifth, Colorado tied the game at 1 when Toglia ripped a solo home run to right-center.

Stott singled and stole second in the bottom of the fifth. He was ultimately left stranded when Schwarber popped out to end the inning.

Realmuto singled with two outs in the bottom of the sixth, but Brandon Marsh grounded out to Quantrill.
