Andre Miller scored 26 points to lead five players in double figures as the visiting Portland Trail Blazers rallied for a 100-92 victory over the shorthanded San Antonio Spurs on Monday night.

Wesley Matthews added 19 points and Gerald Wallace had 14 as the Trail Blazers (43-31) beat the Spurs for the second time in four nights and sent them to a season-high fourth consecutive loss.

George Hill scored 27 points for San Antonio (57-17), which fell to 33-4 at home and was playing without starting guards Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker, and forwards Tim Duncan and Antonio McDyess because of injuries.

Despite the makeshift lineup, the Spurs erased a seven-point halftime deficit by limiting Portland to nine points in the third quarter to take a 72-67 lead into the fourth.

A pair of 3-pointers by Gary Neal helped San Antonio extend the lead to as many as eight before the Blazers seized control with a 13-0 run, capped by Wallace's 3-pointer, to go ahead 87-81 with 2:02 to play.
