Jordan Williams scored 27 points and grabbed 15 rebounds, and Maryland pulled away for a 91-70 home win against Wake Forest on Saturday at Comcast Center.
The win moves the Terrapins (15-8, 5-4 ACC) back above .500 in conference play after dropping to the break-even mark with Wednesday's loss to No. 5 Duke.
Williams was dominant in the paint, going 10 for 19 from the field and hurting the Demon Deacons with seven offensive rebounds.
Wake Forest (8-15, 1-7 ACC) led only once, at 4-3, but Maryland broke it open with a 10-0 run and never trailed again.
Wake Forest shot 45.6 percent from the field and was 7 for 12 from 3-point range, but the Demon Deacons committed 18 turnovers.
Adrian Bowie added 13 points, six assists and five rebounds, and Pe'Shon Howard had nine points and eight assists for Maryland.
C.J. Harris scored 17 points to lead Wake Forest, which has lost 12 of its past 15 games.
