Ole Miss 60, Alabama 51: Jarvis Summers scored four of his 10 points in the final three minutes to help the host Rebels hold off a late Crimson Tide surge and win their third straight game.
Ladarius White and Terrance Henry also scored 10 points for the Rebels (18-12, 8-8 SEC), who will play Auburn in the first round of the SEC tournament.
The loss snapped a four-game winning streak for Alabama (20-10, 9-7), which fell into the No. 5 seed and will meet last-place South Carolina in the SEC tournament.
Alabama's offense had difficulty against a stout Ole Miss defense. The Tide shot only 20 percent in the first half and 32.2 percent for the game. Alabama's 17-point output in the first half was the least allowed by Ole Miss to an SEC opponent this season.
The Crimson Tide was led by Trevor Releford with 12 points and JaMychal Green, who has 11 points and 13 rebounds.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Mississippi's Nick Williams injured his left shoulder in the first half, but was able to return in the second half. He finished with nine points. ... Alabama shot only 57.1 percent from the line, but that was better than Ole Miss, which managed 47.1 percent.
