Andrew Harris rushed for 109 yards and a score while backup quarterback Chris Streveler added a pair of touchdowns for Winnipeg, which moved into a second-place tie with Edmonton in the West Division.

Jonathon Jennings was limited to 105 yards on 15-of-24 passing with two interceptions and finished without a touchdown pass for the second straight week for the Lions (1-2). Jeremiah Johnson rushed for 80 yards and a touchdown while short-yardage quarterback Cody Fajardo added a score on the ground for BC, which has dropped seven of its last eight road games.

Ty Long kicked a 19-yard field goal to open the scoring before Nichols threw a 20-yard touchdown pass to Adams to put Winnipeg on top 7-3 after one quarter. The Blue Bombers pulled away with three straight touchdown runs as Harris took a direct snap 4 yards into the end zone and Streveler added a pair of 1-yard TDs to help Winnipeg build a commanding 28-10 lead at halftime.

Long (42) and Justin Medlock (31 yards) traded field goals in the third quarter as the Blue Bombers maintained their 18-point cushion. Adam Bighill came back to haunt his old team as he picked off a pass from Jennings -- his second interception of the game -- and raced 55 yards for a touchdown to put Winnipeg on top 38-13 before Medlock connected on a 26-yard field goal with 6:25 remaining in the fourth quarter to cap off a dominant display.
